Our First Nations-led programs unite government partners, community organisations, and educators around a shared mission: using sport and cultural connection as catalysts to help First Nations young people build confidence, develop leadership skills, and develop pathways to education and employment

Braedon Talbot - Head of Programs

Braedon commenced with Power Community Limited in 2018 combining his love for sport, community, and education. Braedon is passionate about making societal change and improving the lives of young people across community. His commitment to equity and justice shapes his approach to creating positive and lasting impact. 

Christine Glenn - Community Programs Team Leader

Christine, a proud Mununjali and Bundjalung woman, joined Power Community Limited in 2021 as a Community Programs Officer before progressing to Team Leader in 2024.  Christine brings extensive leadership and experience working with First Nations youth and communities including her time with the South Australian Aboriginal Secondary Training Academy (SAASTA) and Netball SA.  Christine is passionate about community-based initiatives having founded a number of First Nations sporting groups and pathways to contribute to healthier, stronger communities.
